The location was perfect. Close to the train station. Quiet. Clean. The bed was 2 king single beds pushed together, but they were quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful and extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is well situated across the road from the station, a little hard to find but once found its great. As always the reception staff are friendly enough, professional and informative but the cleaning teams are great workers and always smiling they are a great credit to the hotel. The area is lively and colourful and as stated already a great hub for getting around.

The service staff was excellent. Their translation technology was super helpful to do a luggage transfer, which arrived at the next hotel on time. The hotel is right next to Nagano station, which was a perfect midpoint to visit Matsumoto and the Snow Monkey park, while also a walking distance to Zenkōji temple and many food options. Would visit this hotel again. Giving a 9/10 since the bed is a bit small for 2 adults (I'm 193cm) but that was in the room description anyways so at least the hotel is upfront about the size of the bed.

I liked the location of this hotel because it was close to Nagano Station. If you take the Zenkoji Exit, you will find a building with a Lawson’s on the first floor. The rooms are reasonably priced, and breakfast was 1700 yen per person. The hotel is close to some supermarkets and shopping areas. You will find a lot of things to eat and do during the day by this hotel. You can also sign up for their loyalty program and download their app to get membership benefits like early check in and late check out.

The room was more spacious than expected, and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities were provided at the reception and were of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient for day trips and for traveling to or from Nagano. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located just a few metres in front of the station, which is perfect. The town is small and you can explore everything on foot or take a bus from the station to the temple, mountain, etc. The staff were super friendly and helped us with check-in, as I personally don't like checking in at a machine. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities and bedding, as well as coffee and tea, and towel changes. The beds were extremely comfortable and so was the bathroom.

We had a triple room and the size was fine for three people. The location was amazing, so convenient and very easy to get to. Staff were very attentive. Room had good air circulation, really appreciated the additional air purifier fan, kept the air fresh which was great. Would happily stay here again.

The computerised check in and check out in English. Given the language barrier, this was useful on both sides. The hotel itself is in an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the nagano station, Don quixote, alpico bus station for day trips and many restaurants. There is a lawsons under the hotel with an ATM and a family mart around the corner if you prefer more selection of food n drink. Amenities and services were ample. I was allocated a room right next to the elevator and housekeeping storage, however I was lucky that minimal noise was experienced.

Excellent location two minutes from the train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful :) Room was clean and the amenities were of good quality.
